Master the Art of Life Force Control
Prana (เคชเฅเคฐเคพเคฃ) means energy or life force. Ayama (เคเคฏเคพเคฎ) means control or balance. Together, Pranayama is the practice of controlling and balancing your life force through the breath.
According to Ashtanga Yoga, the highest purpose of Pranayama is controlling or balancing the mind. That balanced mind becomes the platform for deeper understanding of the ideology of Yoga.
In Hatha Yoga, Pranayama is about balancing different pranas (energies) and chakras (energy centers). By awakening Kundalini energy, one can reach deeper understandings of oneself and the ideology of yoga.
"By learning and through disciplined practice, one can ensure psychological, emotional, and physical well-being. These practices will be the solution for most psychological, emotional, and physical issues."

Pranayama can support psychological, emotional, and physical well-being by improving respiratory function, reducing stress, balancing emotions, and enhancing vitality. However, we recommend consulting with a healthcare professional for specific medical conditions before starting intensive breath work.
Pranayama is the conscious control and regulation of breath using specific techniques, ratios, retentions (kumbhaka), locks (bandhas), and gestures (mudras). It's designed to influence the nervous system, balance pranas (energies), activate chakras, and ultimately create mental clarity and emotional balance.
We offer two daily pranayama classes: Advanced at 7:30 AM - 9:00 AM and Intermediate at 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM. Both classes are open for drop-in, and you can book through our website or contact us directly.
