If you're new to yoga or want a quick introduction, choose the 1-Day Retreat. For focused breath work, the 3-Day Pranayama Retreat is ideal. The 7-Day Yoga Retreat offers a comprehensive experience with all practices. The 14-Day Beginners Retreat is perfect for those new to regular practice, while the 14-Day Intensive suits experienced practitioners.
All retreat prices include accommodation in our ashram, all sattvic vegetarian meals, all listed yoga/pranayama/philosophy/meditation sessions, study materials, and cultural activities. The 14-day retreats also include Ayurveda consultation. Transportation to/from Rishikesh is not included.
We provide comfortable ashram-style accommodation in Upper Tapovan, Rishikesh. Rooms are simple, clean, and conducive to spiritual practice. Shared and private rooms available based on retreat type. All rooms have basic amenities and are in a peaceful, natural setting by the Ganges.
The 14-Day Intensive Retreat is designed for intermediate to advanced practitioners with prior yoga experience. If you're a beginner, we strongly recommend starting with the Beginners Retreat, 7-Day Yoga Retreat, or daily classes first to build a foundation.
Bring comfortable yoga clothes (modest attire), yoga mat (can be provided), water bottle, toiletries, any personal medications, journal/notebook, and layers for cooler evenings. Rishikesh has moderate climate but can be cool in mornings/evenings. We'll provide a detailed packing list upon booking.
The nearest airport is Jolly Grant Airport, Dehradun (35 km). Nearest railway station is Rishikesh Railway Station (7 km). We can arrange pickup from the airport or station for an additional fee. Detailed arrival instructions and transportation options will be provided upon booking confirmation.
Cancellations made 30+ days before retreat start: Full refund minus processing fee. 15-30 days: 50% refund. Less than 15 days: No refund, but you can transfer to another retreat date within 1 year. Please see our full refund policy for complete details.
